Appari ("we", "us", "our") is a virtual try-on platform that lets you upload a selfie and see how clothing looks on you before you buy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Appari, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect the information you give us directly — your name, email address, and the selfie and clothing images you upload for try-ons. We also collect account and usage data, such as your credit balance, saved looks, referral activity, and how you interact with the app, to keep the service running and to improve it.
We use your data to generate your try-on results, manage your account and credits, process payments, send service emails (like receipts or low-credit reminders), respond to support requests, and understand how people use Appari so we can make it better.
Your images are stored securely and used only to power your try-ons. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We rely on trusted third parties to run Appari: our AI provider processes your images to generate try-on results, our payment processor (Stripe) handles purchases, and we use analytics and email tooling to operate and improve the service. These providers only receive the data they need to perform their function.
You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time from Settings, or by contacting us directly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.
Appari is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by updating the date at the top of this page.
